We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for large items like marquees, especially during peak season (October–March). However, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines — contact us and we’ll check availability. For small hire orders, a week’s notice is usually sufficient.
Delivery and collection are included in your quote for all metro area orders. Setup and pack-down by our crew is included in Celebration and Grand packages, or available as an add-on for individual hire orders. Your quote will always itemise these charges clearly — no surprises on invoice day.
We offer full refund of your deposit for cancellations made more than 30 days before your event date. Cancellations between 14–30 days receive a 50% deposit refund. We understand life happens — contact us early and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
Yes! We have a showroom available by appointment where you can see key items including marquees, furniture ranges, and tableware before committing. You can also request a video walkthrough from your consultant. We encourage clients to inspect what they’re booking — confidence is everything.
Normal wear and minor scuffs are expected and covered. Significant damage (broken items, burns, tears) is charged at cost price listed in your hire agreement. We recommend event insurance for large events, which can cover accidental damage to hire equipment.
Absolutely. Our Grand Event and custom packages are specifically designed for large-scale productions. We’ve supplied events for 500+ guests including festivals, gala dinners, and major corporate functions.
